We ship worldwide from our workshop in Pakistan. Please read the details below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time
   Orders are handmade or hand-finished to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it ships. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer; we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Time
   Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your destination and the courier service used. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Any current shipping promotions (such as free shipping over a certain order value) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
   International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are determined by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility. They are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and we have no control over their amount.
5. Order Tracking
   Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the courier.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
   If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, contact us at info@markhorbladeworks.com with your order number. We will work with the courier to locate your package or resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address
   Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.
8. Multiple Items
   If you order multiple items, they will typically ship together in one package unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are calculated based on total order weight.
9. Restricted Destinations
   Some products may be restricted or prohibited for import in certain countries or regions. If we identify such a restriction after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a cancellation, refund, or modification of your order.
10. Holidays and Delays
    Public holidays in Pakistan or your destination country, as well as customs processing, may occasionally cause delays beyond our stated timeframes.
